Yacht Management Program

 Our Yacht Management program is custom designed for each yacht and owner to take the worry out of ownership, allowing the maximum pleasure of their investment.

Vessel Administration and Accounting

Each yacht is managed as an individual business. Our management team administrates a separate bank account for operating expenses, provisioning and maintenance.  Monthly cash flow and budget reports are submitted to the Owner for analysis and revision, thus transforming the operation of the yacht into a professional business.

Purchasing

Our network of suppliers can help purchase materials at wholesale prices passing the savings on to the boat.

Voyage Planning & Support

We are the shore support and communications center for your yacht.  We schedule moorage, bunkering, provisioning, obtain required permits.  We maintain float plans in case of emergency.  

Assistance & Consulting

All the day-to-day variety of a yacht’s specialized needs and unique requests will be addressed and taken care of assuring the Owner and Captain all licensing, certifications, permits and best safety management is addressed.  We can act as your quality control agent for repairs, refits, and maintenance projects.

Crew Placement

We can provide our crewing service “Crew On Call” or happily work with your crew.  We assist the Captain and Owner in crew hiring, replacement, and training.

Crew Administration

Once the crew is in place, all employment contracts, crew health insurance and payroll duties are  administered by our HR department in accordance with the local and federal tax & employment laws.
